New England made guitars by a fantastically named maker - Campbell American Guitars!!
When Dean Campbell called to interest me in his line of guitars the connection was obvious. Anyone named Campbell making custom guitars has got to be cool. And he is! I had been familiar with his guitars when they were under the name Campbell and Greene but hadn't known much about them overall. After several long phone conversations, emails and reading of glowing review after glowing review I was hooked. These are no cookie cutter guitars and they won't make you sell a kidney to get a great US made instrument.
Our UK 1 Chambered body has arrived and could be yours!

This is a Caledonian being made for us - Looks great, doesn't it? The line starts here ---->

Here it is finished and in stock!

This one came in and....well, sorry, I had to keep it for myself. My Transitone -
3 Jason Lollar mini humbuckers, coil tap, Linden wood, trans white finish. Strum a chord and the guitar comes alive, harmonics pour out the the guitar, amazing range of tones

Keep in mind, each Campbell American guitar is unique, even if you order the exact same guitar you will get different results because these are hand made. Even with the exacting specs things like wood and finish will factor in. This isn't true on many other US made, production type guitars because of the inability to pay attention to detail when large amounts are being made, the heavier poly finishes and the less premium woods (large production equals large amounts of wood needed, therefore effort is made for consistency over quality). However, even though each is unique, the quality level ensures top results, something you just can not acheive in quantity production.
Other beauties from Campbell American Guitars

Standard features like Lollar, Duncan and DiMarzio pickups, high quality pots and switches combined with options like woods, roller bridges, Gotoh trems, Sperzel gears, gold hardware, etc. makes Campbell American Guitars into dream machines. No other company that I'm aware offers such a wide choice of options without charging ridiculous prices that make owning a unique US built guitar impossible. Campbell American makes it possible.
