We here at Campbell's Music Service have offered our own warranty from the very beginning. It's part of what has made us famous. We even put it in writing! Try that with some other stores and catalogs. As mentioned on the Repairs page, each new instrument is shop adjusted. This alone insures that the typical problems that can plague new instruments are dealt with before its even in your hands. Also, we do our own work, no farming it out to someone else or sending back to the factory where it might take months to get back. We're quick and we've got the know how. We also cover set ups just to your taste. Want .010's instead of .09's, hard player, soft player, you tell us. Have it your way, so to speak. What doesn't our warranty cover? Strings (of course), inflicted damage, major repairs and wear and tear, such as fret wear from hard playing, scratches, etc.
